Bill Heinrich, our Director of Mindset, is no stranger to the wonderful and evolving world of higher ed experiential education. Alongside Patrick Green, Bill co-researched and wrote “Remixing Approaches to Experiential Learning, Design, & Assessment”, for Sage Journals, which explores process learning theory with a practice-driven model and encourages an adapted approach to designing experiential learning, specifically looking at the Design–Instruction–Assessment–Learning (DIAL) model.
