Our Recovery Ready virtual training sessions have been jam-packed this summer, and our team is really enjoying seeing how engaged and participatory each of our campus partners has been. Like anything, teaching each of you has also taught us! In this case, these training sessions continue to root our appreciation for our product and what it can do while igniting questions and conversations about how we can perpetually enhance Orbis solutions so that the user experience only continues to get better and more helpful.
With Fall approaching (hard to believe, right!?!), we’re not slowing down. We’ve got three upcoming Recovery Ready training sessions taking place this month alone.
This Friday, August 7th, from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (EDT) join Alex Sheppard, from our product success team, and learn what you need to know about the CCR Dashboard, the workflow for submitting a request and for Validation, and the meaning of different roles. Register for “Co-curricular Record Module: The Fundamentals,” here.
On the following Friday, August 14th, from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (EDT), Corrina Smith, our longtime director of business operations, will teach attendees how to set-up a Prospecting Funnel, move a prospect through the Funnel, when and why to use it, and best practices. Register for “Everything you Need to Know about the Prospect Funnel,” here.
We are also very excited about our upcoming “New Feature Showcase: Virtual Interviews & Appointments in Outcome.” We will be hosting two of these new feature showcases, one in English and one in French. The first showcase will be in English and take place on Wednesday, August 12th, from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (EDT), and the second will be in French and take place on Friday, August 14th, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (EDT). Spots are filling up very fast! We will remind you again, and dive deeper into details, but please feel free to reserve your place here. (Nous vous le rappellerons encore une fois, et nous approfondirons les détails, mais n’hésitez pas à réserver votre place ici).
We can’t wait to “see you” there! Coffee recommended but definitely not provided (sorry). ?
